An internet-based replacement for a single traditional phone line. Connectivity is bought separately — it can run on our broadband or a third-party connection. Setup is an email address and an app or soft client. Unlimited UK local, national and mobile calls are included, plus selected destinations such as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.
A complete landline replacement with a handset or adapter included. Options include a Yealink DECT handset, a Yealink desk phone, or a Cisco ATA so you can keep an existing analogue phone. A second DECT handset can share the same licence.
The full cloud phone system for small businesses moving to cloud telephony. Every package includes a handset or ATA, number porting, remote install and a Webex softphone. Standard is built for reliable calling; Pro adds messaging and video meetings.
For up to seven seats, a single remote-install charge covers getting the system live. Add-ons include call recording (from three months up to seven years), call-centre agent and supervisor licences, music on hold, extra numbering, PoE switches, and call analytics.

PSTN and ISDN are being retired, with the switch-off due in 2027. Hosted voice on fibre or Ethernet is unaffected. If you are still renting a line just to keep a number, this is the conversation to have now — not when the line stops working.
In practice
Hosted voice needs fibre broadband or Ethernet underneath. If the site is still on copper, we quote connectivity at the same time so the phones are not hanging off an unreliable line.
We port the existing business number so customers still reach you. There is a porting window; we plan it so you are not dark on the old line before the new one is live.
Some teams want a handset on the desk. Others live in the mobile app. ATA keeps a familiar analogue phone working. We match the kit to how people actually take calls.
