Business electricity

Better business electricity rates, without chasing every supplier yourself.

We compare established UK electricity suppliers against how your sites actually use power — usage, contract end dates, half-hourly data where you have it — then walk you through rates, terms and timing before you commit.

No upfront quote fee. No obligation. Clear next steps before you switch.

£0

Up-front quote fee — comparison and advice cost you nothing.

Fixed or flex

Standard fixed contracts or flexible buying when usage and risk allow.

No downtime

Switching supplier is an admin change — the network keeps the lights on.

Who it is for

Built around how the sites actually use energy

We match the product to the meters, the load and the contract you already have — not a generic package.

  • Offices, warehouses, retail and industrial sites coming up for renewal.
  • Multi-site businesses that want one conversation instead of a contract per meter.
  • Half-hourly customers who may be better on a flexible rather than a fully fixed deal.
  • Teams that have been rolled onto expensive out-of-contract rates.

The range

How electricity is usually bought

Options explained in plain English. Pricing is quoted to your sites and term — we do not publish a public rate card.

Fixed contracts

A set unit rate and standing charge for an agreed term. Best when you want budget certainty. We compare length, exit terms and what happens at the end so you are not surprised by a renewal notice.

Flexible procurement

For larger or half-hourly sites, buying in tranches as the wholesale market moves can beat a single fixed price. We only recommend this where the usage, metering and risk appetite actually fit — not as a default upsell.

Multi-site and consolidated billing

Several meters can sit with one supplier or stay split if that is cheaper. We look at each site, then at the portfolio, rather than forcing everything onto one invoice.

Pass-through and extra charges

Unit rate is only part of the bill. We explain standing charges, availability, capacity and other pass-through costs so two quotes can be compared like-for-like.

Included

What we compare for you

  • Unit rates and standing charges against your actual usage, not a generic band.
  • Contract length, start date and what happens if you renew late.
  • Whether a flexible or fully fixed structure is the better fit.
  • Green or renewable options if that is a requirement, not a default.
  • Switching support and a named contact through go-live.

Worth knowing

Out-of-contract rates add up quickly

If a contract ends and nobody places a new one, many suppliers move you onto a higher deemed or out-of-contract rate. We diary renewals and come back before that happens — and we will say if staying put is still the cheaper move.

In practice

How a comparison typically runs

Start with a bill

A recent invoice, MPAN and contract end date are usually enough. Half-hourly data, if you have it, makes the quote more accurate.

Shortlist, not a dump of tariffs

You see a small set of workable options with the differences explained — cheapest, greenest, shortest, or the supplier you already prefer to avoid.

You stay in control

Contract length, green vs standard, and any supplier you do not want to work with are your call. We exclude them from the comparison.

Questions

What should I know before I request a quote?

No. The physical supply stays on the same network. Changing supplier is a registration change. We explain the timeline so billing hands over cleanly.
